The Curriculum

K3, K4 and Kindergarten
This stage of the child's education shapes and
completes the transition from home to school. In this larger world,
peers and adults other than parents affect expectations and influence
response to experiece. Students learn fairness and cooperation and

Grades One and Two
In these grades, the curriculum focuses on
language arts, mathematics, history, geography, and science as the

Grades Three and Four
In these grades, our course of study focuses on
applying basic skills to writing, reading comprehension, developing
reports, summaries, problem solving and using technology in research.

Grade Five
In this grades, the value of self-discipline and
good study habits become increasingly clear as students are introduced

Curriculum for SY 2010 - 2011

The curriculum for SY 2010-2011 is based
on the current National Standards for elementary students in
mathematics, science, technology, reading/language arts,
social studies, art, physical education, Spanish, and
Christian and Character Education. Students will also
explore engineering through the STEM course of study.
